Shipping & Return Policies

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated by a UPS shipping module. Charges vary according to the shipping method selected, the weight of the product shipped, and the distance from the shipping point of origin (Mesa, AZ). Shipping options, with their respective costs, will be offered during the check out process prior to any financial query or obligation.
Lead Time
Orders received before 8 AM Arizona Standard Time, on business working days, will usually be processed and shipped the same day. All orders received after 8 AM Arizona Standard Time or during non working days will be processed and shipped the next available shipping day. Shipping/Lead times vary from 1 to 5 business days according to the shipping option selected in combination with the distance from the originating city (Mesa, AZ).
Cancellation/Changes
Payments are processed via our secure payment gateway at the time of order. As a result changes and/or cancellations can not be made online. If changes and/or cancellations are necessary, please contact us via phone, (480) 684-1402, or email, sales@lehivalleycountrystore.com, referencing your order number. Please note, orders shipped prior to change or cancellation requests will be subject to additional shipping charges.
Damages/Returns
Product returns or replacements must first be approved. Please notify us ( (480) 684-1402 or sales@lehivalleycountrystore.com) as to the reason as close to the day of receipt as possible. Return, exchange, and refund requests will not be honored after 10 days of receipt of the product. Damaged or incorrectly shipped product will be credited or replaced at our expense. Returns and exchanges can be shipped back at your expense, for a refund or exchange of the product amount only. Exchanges will be subject to all additional shipping charges. Refunds are submitted the same day they are approved, however, different card providers issue credits back to your account on different schedules. As such, we ask that you allow one to two billing cycles for your account to be credited.
