Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy, we provide this notice explaining our online information practices. To make this notice easy to find, we have provided a link under the Help section on the left hand column of each page.

This policy is applicable to all information collected or sumitted on the Lehi Valley Country Store website. During the check out process we collect the following types of personal information:

If placing an order on behalf of someone else, we collect the following personal information about the recipient:

Personal information, including information entered about someone else, is only used to complete orders. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with any outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete orders. I.E. resolving a shipping problem with UPS.

Email addresses are used to confirm orders, resolve concerns, and answer questions. We also use email addresses to send out our monthly Discounts & Promotions Newsletter to customers who have requested such. Customers who wish to recieve the newsletter simply need mark the box during the check out process. Customers who no longer wish to recieve the newsletter can unsubscribe by clicking the link clearly listed at the bottom of each newsletter or logging in and updating your profile.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safegaurd and secure the information we collect online. Credit Card orders are processed via a 128 bit SSL secure payment gateway. In an effort to further protect your identity, we do not store credit card numbers anywhere on our servers.

Protecting the privacy of the young is especially important to Lehi Valley. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 18, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 18.

On the bottom left hand column of each product page is a link marked secure login. To access profile information simply click the link. Once logged in, profile information becomes available via the links on the right hand column of each page. Users can modify or delete profiles from these links.

All of our newsletters are opt in, opt out. Signup for and removal from these newsletters are done solely at your request. By signing up for each newsletter, your email will only be used for that specific newsletter and nothing else. Once you have opted out you will recieve one final email confirming your email addresses's removal. You do not need to reply to the email to remove your address, it is only confirming the removal from our system.
